Definition
Self-catering establishment means a purpose built house, cottage, chalet bungalow, flat, apartment, or villa that provides lodging or sleeping accommodation, where the facilities and equipment are provided for guests or clients to cook or prepare their own meals, and which facilities must be adequate to cater or accommodate for the maximum number of guests or clients as licensed.
