Tourism Seychelles is currently participating in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) from May 6th to May 9th, 2024, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE.
Renowned as a premier travel event, the Arabian Travel Market draws in over 28,000 influential buyers and travel trade visitors, standing as a cornerstone of the global travel industry for over three decades.
Leading the Tourism Seychelles delegation is the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Mr. Sylvestre Radegonde, accompanied by the Principal Secretary for Tourism, Mrs Sherin Francis, Director General for Destination Marketing, Bernadette Willemin, and Tourism Seychelles’ Middle East representative, Mr. Ahmed Fathallah. Ambassador Gervais Moumou, Seychelles resident Ambassador in Abu Dhabi was also present at the event.
The delegation is also joined by representatives from the local trade, including representatives from 7 South, Berjaya Resorts Seychelles, Eden Bleu Hotel, Luxe Voyage Holidays, Luxury Travel, Masons Travel, Ocean Blue Travel, Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa/ Corall Strand Smart Choice Hotel and Summer Rain Tours.
Reflecting on Tourism Seychelles’ mission for the event, Director General for Destination Marketing, Mrs. Willemin, remarked,

Tourism Seychelles is poised to engage with industry leaders throughout the event, showcasing the irresistible allure of the island destination. The United Arab Emirates remains one of Seychelles’ top ten markets, with 5,302 visitors recorded as of April 28th, 2024, since the start of the year.
