After graduating from the Shannon College of Hospitality Management, Shyla embarked on her journey in hospitality at Constance Ephelia Resort in the Housekeeping department. She briefly worked at Mango House during the pre-opening. She ultimately chose to follow her true passion in Finance as an Accounting Generalist of Four Seasons Resort at Desroches island where she was eventually promotted to Accounting Supervisor in January 2024.

He joined the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, rising from Demi Chef De Partie to Sous Chef and received cross-exposure at Four Seasons Maldives.
